I have DSL internet service from AT&T in my home. I have my Wii, PS3, and two desktop computers connected to the network. Originally I had both computers wired into the network because they were both within a few feet of the router.
We've rearranged some of the furniture in our house and I've now moved one of the computers into another room. I need some help finding an inexpensive USB adapter to connect the distant computer to the wireless network. I'm pretty good at dealing with PCs but I don't really know much about MACs.
The computer I am trying to hook into the network is my wife's old 400Mhz G4 MAC. It's running OS 10.2. Most of the adapters I've seen in stores look like they're plug-and-play with PCs only. I did see one that I think was made by Belkin at Target this evening for about $50 but it said it was for OS 10.3 or 10.4.
Any help would be greatly appreaciated or if someone has a spare device they're not using I would be willing to buy it from you or trade for it.
