Same here, although I wish I didnt choose Vlad if I realized that he was on injury. Its day-to-day, so maybe he'll play on Sunday...
 
The winner will likely be someone who took both A-Rod and Braun, since A-Rod had two yesterday, and Braun has two today .. those two alone have me at 4. Just need another good day from Soriano and Ortiz.

Jesus. This makes his historic performance in April seem lukewarm. So far in his first 8 games of September he's hitting .536 with 8 homers and 15 ribbies. :hot: I don't even want to calculate his slugging for September but it's gotta be near 1.500 or more.
 
He could still go on a cold streak though .. plenty of September to go, however he definitely has been really hot lately. Glad I picked 'em and Braun.
 
Man, Aramis Ramierz is killin me..
A-Rod got me 3 so far, Braun 2, Soriano 2, and Ortiz 1.. I knew I should have went with anyone else, lol .. heres to hoping he proves me wrong though.

So far it looks like $hady is in the lead, with atleast 9 HRs (Pena, A-Rod, Wright, Braun, Soriano) however I didn't look too well.
 
i got owned this week. I think i got 2 or 3 not sure. but mr ryles or basketcase probably got more than me. so expect a new season leader i guess. oh brian for the season totals what if there is a tie for the lead? Right now the race is close a tie sounds highly likely.

If there's a tie we'll have a runoff with the playoff teams, or of there's a two way tie, the winners can elect to split the grand prize.

Congrats to Jobbercho!!! Our Week #14 winner with 9 BIG HOMERS!!

Jobbercho and $hady both had 9 HRs this week, so it came down to the RBI tiebreaker. Since their teams only differed by 1 player (Teixiera for Jobbercho and Wright for $hady) and Teixiera had 4 RBIs to Wright's 1 RBI, Jobbercho is the winner!
