If I remember correctly, I don't think there were any straps to hold it in place.
i don't think with a soft flexible case like that any straps are necessary anyway. The flexibility of the case itself would mean that stuff would still be rubbin inside, and the size of the case looks like it fits the psp perfectly anyway.
