Horrible to change to Paypal/Ebay for Legit Sellers

Wow, EBay just keeps getting worse and worse. If I sell a like new game that is complete and has no scratches and someone wants to swap it with their disc only scratched up copy, all they have to do is now tell EBay I sent them the disc only scratched up copy and EBay will take their side?!

Yes, because something like that happened to me. I sold someone a motherboard/cpu/mem combo they broke by not hooking it up correctly and I was forced to pay them their money back (PLUS shipping)... So now I only sell things a total

eBay.Can't they come up with a ing rule that addresses the fraudulent sellers and people selling pirated shit that's not at the expense of the legit sellers... Some buyers are just too stupid though, they don't check feedback, they don't give feedback, they don't check to see they're buying fake shit. Ebay should change it's name.
