Hot Topic Clearance Link

Hot Topic has a 50% off clearance prices for shirts on their site... Also, thanks FW, here is an extra code...

"If you spend $40 use the code HTASAVEOCT and score another 20%. Free shipping on orders over $50." I think the code is good through the 11th.

I looked through - there are some classic Konami shirts (Castlevania, Track and Field, Contra, some others). There are also Mass Effect, GOW III, Lost Planet 2, etc. current shirts... Lots of sizes still available.

Also, they have shit tons of music shirts on clearance at around the same prices. I don't even know who the new groups are, but there were bunches of shirts...

thanks man, video game t-shirts are the only ones I wear nowadays, nothing starts more conversations than a good shirt based on a good game..even with the ladies!
Is this ONLY online or can I walk in a Hot Topic store and they will have it half off also?
AFAIK, this sale is online only... But every time I have been in a HT store, there's been a ton of clearance in store. The 50% off is probably online only.

I am assuming that was sarcasm... unless you count the Gothic chicks that are either too skinny or too chubby.

After seeing the huge "online only" text at the top of the banner, I'm going to guess that it's also B&M..

Check if the devs have a store, like Bioware.

I got their N7 hoodie, I love discreet video game clothing; not ones with the game cover plastered over it, but the ones only fans will get.

But I myself own a few Hot Topic VG shirts, including 2 MGS4 ones and a Silent Hill 2 one.

For $5 you can't go wrong, they're pretty good looking shirts.

Right now I'm trying to figure out if the Secret World of Alex Mack shirt is a girls shirt. :error:I know there's a chick wearing it but I totally think I could pull it off. ;)

That was a great show, but that shirt is just too girly. dammit

Edward...
Edward everywhere
fucking Twilight shirts with Edward...for men

Seems like the video game shirts have the title in BIG BOLD LETTERS for everyone to see.
some are subtle...which are cool.
others..not so much.

For Example, that Dragon Age: Origins shirt would have been badass just wished it would lose the title
nice graphic design for a shirt and a cover
Man their site must be getting hammered right now, it's running so slowly. Or it doesn't like Chrome, one or the other.
It's going really slow 4 me too.

Ironically enough, the banner now says ONLINE ONLY! at the top, but then at the bottom it says "offer valid online, 10/9 thru 10/11, and in stores, 10/11."

It took so long just to load that 1st page, I had a flash nightmare of dial-up.

so much twilight crap I dont see many videogame shirts I would want to wear im mad the wolverine shirt is out of stock and the cool war machine shirt is only a small.

I'm curious as to whether anyone has tried a shirt from HT before. I normally wear an XL (sometimes they're a bit small for me), but it's showing a measurement of 52 chest and 36-38 waist for XL. I am smaller than that, but at most stores' XL fit me fine.

Well, I'm just gonna order the XL and if it doesn't fit, I guess I'll sell it or give it to someone else, lol.

I kind of want a contra shirt in XS just to have my kid wear it someday.. when I have one, lol

The only good shirt on there is the Uncharted 2 one, it actually looks like it was designed to be a T-shirt, where as others are basically promo images with a fade around them. Too bad I'm broke.

I missed out on most of the gaming shirts, but I did get Golden Axe and Shinobi, plus loads of other nice things for myself and as gifts.

Thanks Crazedracerguy!

In my experience, a size L t-shirt from Hot Topic is actually a size M in human sizes. So I advise people to order a size up when possible.

Just a Warning for people to check their receipt.

I ordered just enough to be above $50 BEFORE the 20% off coupon discount ($50+ for free shipping). And before the final checkout I made sure that the price chart showed I still got free shipping even though after 20% it brought the total down to around $45.
And the price chart clearly showed both -$10.xx discount and -$6.95 shipping, thus I hit the finalize button.

HOWEVER, after I clicked the finalize button the next page which shows the receipt just conveniently (for Hot Topic) showed another price chart WITHOUT the coupon discount applied.
The receipt sent to my email also "forgets" to take out that discount but only gave me free shipping.

I don't care even if it's some BS technicality about free shipping for over $50 AFTER discount or not. The web page basically showed the discounts and decides to cheat me after I gave them my credit card number.

Sent them an email about this BS already, but I just want to let people know to double check the invoice in case same thing happens.

Geez that's freakin' lame. :bomb: I have just over $50 in my cart, but after the promo code, my total goes below $50, so I guess I wouldn't get free shipping either? *sigh* guess I'll wait til I can confirm on the phone or something. Hope this works out for you.

Blargh, I missed the WoW hoodie I wanted (it was actually in my size!) because the woman basically made me go to bed. But everything else pertinent to my interests is there. How lame is it that the coupon code in the OP is better than the birthday coupon code I got today? :p

Plus, their shirts usually tend to shrink a bit in the wash.

This site's pretty cool for finding rare shirts, sometimes video game/nerd related. I've almost pulled the trigger multiple times, but I procrastinate too long!

http://www.teefury.com/archive/ (pics of past shirts) hit the home button to see today's shirt.

I have a Pixies Doolittle shirt in my cart, and I really want to get it, but paying shipping that costs the exact amount of the shirt is really a stopper in this plan.

So if the shirt cost 4.99 and the shipping is 5 bucks
then that would make it roughly 10 bucks.
that is usually what i would love to pay for a shirt.
any shirt that i like.

your definition of value is very important in clothing.
But yea, everyone would love to get a cheap valuable item with free to the lowest shipping available

Just noticed there is a monkey on that shirt...
buy it wtf you waiting for!:cool:

Yeah, Hot Topic actually gets quite a few of the good shirts that the respective sites actually sell. I got that Mega Man 9 shirt that Capcom sells on their site for $36 + SH (the one that's just the sprite of Mega Man jumping and shooting) for $7 shipped from one of these clearance sales on HT.com
Just came back from my Hot Topic, and they don't have any good shirts left.
