How about International Japanese 360 games?

First in case people are wondering why I don't just say no region it's because this hasn't seemed to have happened and might be a rights issue as well as developers and publishers crossing their fingers that some 3rd party over here or in Europe will pick em' up.
What I am proposing is an All Region International 360 version of a Japanese game to be sold outside of Japan that's basically only had it's region code negated. I say this for people like Chacrana, Rolento and Roufuss who want Japan exclusive games but aren't willing to risk buying a Japanese or Asian 360 for fear of the system crapping out and MS not supporting it here because it's not an American system otherwise there's almost no reason for them not to buy one, what with the prices of the 360 Asian games that are the same as the one's over here.
Anyway, by doing this the company would even gain some extra bucks from other import gamers who want to play the games but don't want to spend the extra money for a new system but WOULD for a mod chip. And if by chance a company picks the game up for the U.S., no worries because it wasn't translated anyway.
And before you chew me out Roufuss I mention you because of your interest in "Senko no Rondo Rev X" That's part of the reason I mentioned you as part of the few Japanese interest gamers here for the 360.
edit: The ONLY game I see this being an issue is "Idolmaster" with the music unless those songs are in-house.

Judging by the fact that you are stretching to find 4 interested people on a site with 20,000+ active users, I don't think there would be much profit to be had in this endeavor. In a perfect world, sure I'd like to be able to play and easily buy any game that was released in any region, but the numbers for something like this just don't add up.

I'm not sure why all the Japanese exclusive 360 games are region locked at this point though.

wtf is Senko No Rondo Rev X?

I wouldn't import Japanese 360 games even if they WERE region free.. most of them look like shit.

it doesn't look like there is anything that special as far as Japanese 360 games go. At least, nothing worth fighting for. Over the past couple years of playing many Japanese imports for the xbox and ps2, basically anything that looks fun, I've found that there are few truly good imports worth owning. They are mostly fighters and shooters, rhythm games and the occasional puzzle game (of course, there are one offs in other genres.) Some would extend that to RPGs, but I wouldn't know, since they are in Japanese.

I might go so far as to say that there's good reason why exclusive japanese games won't get released here (let alone on the 360.) they wouldn't sell very well at all unless they were budget priced and more importantly to us, their quality is lacking. Even concepts that sound amazing, like Oane Chanbara and Zombies vs. Ambulances, are pretty poorly executed and really are just novelties that you can chuckle at. okay, I take that back, Zombies vs. Ambulances would be the next Snakes on a Plane.

This isn't to say I'm pure Joe American either, I watch my fair share of anime and have a minor infatuation with the weird side of Japanese culture. I just think that, for the most part, we get the cream of the crop (except fighter fans and shumup fans get pooped on.) and personally I think the age, gender and culture gap for Idol Master is a bit too far to bridge

Well, good, you can be the 4th guy in the OP's "360 gamers who love Japanese games" and can take me out.

I said I don't care that I can't play japanese games in so many (nah, too many) words. ;)

I'm talking about worldwide, not just here. I genuinely don't see the problem with this since Asian versions of some games are made already, just make the untranslated one's region free and call them International instead. Shit there are people that have 360's here who want "Wrestle Kingdom" and an unlocked version would definitely merit some extra sales as long as those people were aware. This would definitely cost something extra I'm sure from the wrestlers but people have patched "Fire Pro" so I'm sure there's enough money and interest there.
I thought you were a fan of G-Rev Roufuss. I could've sworn it was you but I guess I got the wrong person.

Look MS can easily say to all third parties make all new games region free. They can even add a new update that makes all existing games region free.

If you really feel like adding more people interest in Japanaese games you can add me as there are a few japanese only games that i want.
Was it just me...or was the English difficult to follow in the OP?
I noticed that too in all of his posts. Lucky for him that these forums are "region free".

LOOK my language is English and as much as both of you are harping on me I spell most of my words correctly. Also, I don't play the stupid script kitty game very much, if at ALL. In fact I question why you don't get on them instead.

Spelling isn't your problem...it's COHERENCY.
