How do I get music onto my 360 hard drive from an MP3 player?

When I attach my MP3 player, all of the songs play, but is there a way to transfer the songs from the MP3 player onto my hard drive so I don't have to plug in an MP3 player every time I want to listen to music?

No. You can only put songs on the hard drive from a CD.
