How do I leave feedback?

Go to that user's profile page.
Click the "Feedback" tab.
Look right underneath the tab, there'll be a paragraph stating
"The new trading system will be up and running shortly, in the meantime you can visit the old iTrader page to leave feedback for past trades by clicking here."

Click where it reads "here."
On that page there'll be "Submit Feedback For *username*"
Click that and the rest is pretty self explanatory.
