How do I predict markdowns at Circuit City?

Hi! Long-time reader, first time poster. I could definitely use your advice!

I am trying to find GH2 (360) around $49... been looking for a while. (You folks who had the Brooklyn YMMV weeks ago were lucky!) I even missed a TRU YMMV in my hometown, though I heard they all got bought up before 10am. On a workday! Oy.

Anyway my big question is about Circuit City... the CC in spitting distance just put a bunch of GHII on shelves, they look like they're about to go on sale. I don't want to miss another $49 YMMV!

Any tips for how CC does their markdowns? I'd love even if there was a particular day of the week so I could check a little smarter.

P.S. Apologies if I misused YMMV all over the place. I am still getting the hang of it all.
 
Circuit City sales usually start on Sundays and I believe their video game markdowns are usually done on Fridays.
 
You can't really... predict these things. You just have to keep checking the forums and hope somebody posts it dropping.

Believe me, my CC has games from years ago and they're still tagged at MSRP even though they're just collecting dust and taking up space.
