How do you allocate gift cards???

CAGiversary!
Christmas was yesterday and I got various gift cards. I'm wondering, how do you decide what to purchase and at what store ?I have about $50 each for amazon, target, and best buy. They all sell video games/ electronics which i'm mainly interested in. Do you wait for a good deal and then decide??. Or am I being to methodical about this??

So, how do you allocate gift cards??? I'm eager to see your responses.

I have the same problem but I have back log bad so I was just gonna use the giftcard on textbooks and wait for a sweet deal before I get another game

I treat giftcards/store credit/Kmart coupons/RZ certificates as cash when it comes to spending. I don't use them as an excuse to buy MSRP. That being said, if there is a game that I really want, why
not? In the end, what matters to me is what I pay out of pocket for a game but I will always try to stretch a giftcard as much as possible.

That's cool. I need to start picking up some older games, i'm hesitant when buying games this gen.
