how liberal is gamecrazy's return policy?

bought a used copy of COD3 for xbox360 for $40 this afternoon, get home and realize that i really dont like first person shooters all that much and dont really wanna go through the hassle of a goozex swap, will they hassle me if i try and return it later today?

uh, if you dont like FPSes, why the fuck did you buy an FPS?


Their return policy: "We let you try the games out, so if you don't like it, too bad. If it's broke, we'll take it back."

You can try asking a manager, but honestly, this was stupid.

nah, i am well aware it was dumb, but i know other people that "dont like FPS's
but absolutely loved COD3 so i figured id give it a shot

Why don't you:
1. look on the receipt for the return policy.
2. call the place where you bought it at.

Simple as 1, 2...the end.

Also, I do not like FPS either but I bought Resistance:FoM, Halo, Halo 2, Darkness, Far Cry, COD, COD2, and COD3. Go figure.

Gamecrazy's return policy is 7 days on new and sealed items, and no return policy on used items. They will do even exchanges on defective items within 90 days.

All of which is covered on the back of the fucking receipt.
 
Have someone else call and see if they have another used copy in stock. If they do, you're screwed. If they don't, scratch it up like hell , go back to the store and ask for a different disc. They won't have one, and if you're adamant about not wanting that particular disc, they should just give you store credit back.
