If so, 4 days to get approval.

Gets disapproved if you or your referrals broke any of their terms of service.

I finished the iPod Touch site, and it said "Click here" to submit your account into whatever and check back to place your order. After I did so, it says it takes 2-4 days. So that part of the question is over, but what are top things that people do to break their TOS? Are they just little things like two accounts on one IP, etc? It isn't anything like using a gift card instead of legit CC..is it? =/
