How long does it usually take EBgames to email vouchers?

I sent in my forms a little over a week ago for the Call of Duty $20 voucher, and still no response from EBgames yet. I was wondering if this was normal, I kind of expected it to be faster since all they have to do is email, but I guess people have to go through the letters or something...

In my experience, their claimed 4-6 week turn-around time has often extended to 6-8 weeks. I always got my rebate credit or codes back eventually, but I had to wait entirely too long (imho) to receive them.

The max time it took me to receive mine has been 3-4 weeks, but one time I got a code emailed to me in under 2 weeks from the time I sent the request. Patience, my friend :)

Just got my e-mail today for the voucher from Call of Duty. I think I mailed in the form the first week of January, may have been the 2nd week. So 2-3 weeks for mine.

Glad mine came in as I'm just about to drop the game in the mail today (sold it on eBay after finishing with it).

I'm still 'waiting' for a $20 voucher on Rainbow Six, and a $10 rebate on Burnout 3 from the Summer. I have called EB at least 20 times on the matter; giving them the transaction number to verify purchase and faxing my receipt.

Part of the problem was my local EB was doing me a 'favor' my sending the rebates directly from the store. Corporate once told me, they would only accept the original receipt; so this was no good. Calls placed after that said this was 'ok'.

This past Christmas, I bought Neo Conta, Bards Tales, and Hitman Contracts. Two games were on one receipt. one on another. I sent in for three vouchers, and they must have quickly scanned them and sent out only two vouchers.

SO the lesson is SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS, and don't count on the rebate. Quite a few people haven't received them.

Definitely keep copies of anything you send in.

I've had good luck with my e-mail vouchers from EBgames so far. I've done two and I believe both took less than 4 weeks to get to me.

I was concerned on the Call of Duty one since it had to have a packing slip dated Dec 24th, and while I ordered it on the 24th, it didn't ship until the next week. But they dated the packing slip as the date I ordered, not the date it shipped so I didn't have to fool with e-mailing/calling them to make sure that would be okay.

I just got my $20 voucher for Neo Contra . . . but I got 2 emails with the same code. I also sent in the $20 voucher claim on trading 5 games . . . but they might not honor that because the tradein was part of another deal.

I wonder if they were sending two separate rebates with the same code. Or sending out one rebate with 2 emails. I'll have to contact them.

I also got two e-mails with the same code, so it's probably not related to the seperate $20 one you did.

My greedy ass got all excited that they maybe screwed up and sent me two $20 vouchers by mistake. I was wondering if I should use them both ASAP so as to not give them the chance to cancel one of them

That's the same as me . . . oooooooh they approved the iffy one . . . I think the code will only work once even though it was mailed twice.

Yeah, since both e-mails have the the exact same code I don't expect it to work twice. I was wondering about using them quick as I was opening them to see if they were different or not.
