I was just thinking about this, i could think of 18 over my 19 years of life.
Makes me sad thinking about how many games ive gotten rid of over the years.

(If this has been done, please let it die... or feel free to flame away.)

12, counting portables. Would have been higher had I been a few years older, would have had some older Atari systems. I'm not even really psyched up to get the next gen, I'd rather get classic systems I don't have at this point.

NES - Can't find it
S Famicom w/ Super Drive UFO and Alma to play NA games - Back home
GCN - Soon
Gameboy Classic - Can't find it
Gameboy Advance x2 (SP) x1 - Right here with me
Nintendo DS - Soon.

Sega Genesis - Can't find it
Sega CD - Can't find it
Sega Saturn - Can't find it
Dreamcast - Right here with me
Game Gear - Can't find it

Playstation x2 - Right here with me (one of them)
Playstation 2 x2 - Right here with me (one of them)

So...11. Gonna get a DS and GCN in awhile too, so 13. All the stuff I can't find, my mom probably sold them to get me the newer consoles when I was younger.

NES
Genesis x 2
Saturn
Playstation
N64 x 3
DC
GC
PS2
XBox
GBA SP
and hopefully I'll be able to pick up the ds by the end of the year.

I have put 31+, thinking quickly about it...

Pong, 2600, 5200, Microvision, Mattel Football, Racing, Basketball, Soccer, Battlestar Galactica, Baseball, Blip, NES, SuperNintendo, Genesis, Genesis CD, Genesis 32X, Genesis Master System Adapter, Nomad, Game.com, GameGear, Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advance, Gameboy Advance SP, (Nintendo DS in two weeks), Saturn, Dreamcast (5 of them actually), Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Playstation, PSOne, PsOne w LCD, Playstation 2, XBox, NeoGeo Pocket Color, additionally have owned Atari Paddle controller game as well as several other handhelds from the late 70's and early 80's...Oh yeah, Gameboy Player for Gamecube, as wellas Gameboy adapter for SNES...I'm sure there are others, but it's late and that list was off the top of my head...

Now I need to get to bed so I can stay up TOMORROW night for Halo 2...I should stay up now and grade papers and do lesson plans..but oh well...

too many...or too little, I can't remember which.

does this poll mean how many systems in total ? For example: can I count the 12 NES's I've had as 12 or does that only count as 1 ?

I sold off a lot of my systems when I was younger to buy newer systems, what a tool I was. I ended up buying almost all of them back.

What, no sukcers paid money for the atari jaguar like me... what a waste of money.

I have pretty much owned every system after NES was released. If I never got into gaming and left my money in the bank, I would probably be a rich man today, along with many people on here, because we paid full price for everything. Now with CAG and other sites, the deals save me lots of money.
