How many DS games in your collection

11. 12 when I get around to picking up Zelda (waiting until Nov as I'll be traveling for 2 weeks).

Well, really more like 9 since my GF pretty much took over Big Brain Academy and Clubhouse Games.

I've sold off several games I beat/hated though....off the top of my head at least 8 were sold/traded (Princess Peach, Yoshi's Island, Mario 64, Phoenix Wright, Elite Beat Agents, Yoshi's Touch and Go, Warioware Touched and Metroid Prime Hunters).
do you trade in/away your games after you beat them? i would've pegged you for more
I do. Only the cream of the crop stay in my collection. And by cream, I mean ones good enough for me to replay. I'm still weighing whether or not I should keep Kirby Squeak Squad & Phoenix Wright 1. My current save list for sure includes:

1) Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
2) Electroplankton (Japanese version)
3) Kirby Canvas Curse
4) Zelda: PH
5) Mario Kart DS
6) Meteos
7) Metroid Prime Pinball
8) New Super Mario Bros.
9) Picross DS
10) Planet Puzzle League
11) Sonic Rush
12) Tetris DS

I'm also giving some thought to thinning out my already-quite-thined GBx collection.

16 right now... I have all the DS games available right now that I'm interested in. Of course, I'll be picking up Phoenix Wright 3 ASAP.

Counted today. 50 unique games, several of them traded for and/or gotten very cheap thanks to CAG. Having both Japanese and American Electroplanktons pushes it up to 51, and I have an extra copy of Metroid Pinball I won in a contest, so 52 total.

Several imports (Electroplankton, Chousouju Mecha, Daigasso! Band Brothers, Exclamation Warriors, Tingle's Rupeeland, Jump Superstars), lots of third party (Castlevanias, Phoenix Wrights), and most of the better first party games. A good mix. And there's still a dozen or more in my TL I need to pick up eventually...

I'm a packrat and tend to keep everything across all systems.

Most likely will pick up #53 tomorrow (Chibi Robo) and I'm debating on if I want to drop another $60 at TRU to get Drawn to Life + most likely 1-2 more DS games.

Im at 68. That includes jap & american Electroplankton tho.

I was at 66 this morning, but Zelda PH and Bleach joined the party thanks to a certain b2g1 sale that started today.

So far Bleach is kickass. Me & a friend played single cart multiplay all day while we watched football.

Only 24 right now (25% imports), although I had more than 60 at one point and traded them away. Ended up getting a DS Lite and PSP bundle out of it, though.

I've got 32... but a few of those are games I bought because they were cheap and will most likely end up with 28 or so by Christmas.

i wasn't aware that i had a fan...

i actually stopped "collecting" ds games (for now) when the amount of releases started to get ridiculous. the current eb/gs ad even says that something like 50 games are being released in october alone! there's just no way for me to keep up with that. i hope to catch up at some point though. collecting isn't a race, it's a marathon. i'm just picking up the titles that i'll actually sit down and play.

that, and the wii really had an effect on my wife and siblings, who have all started playing games again after many years. so i've found myself buying more wii games than i should probably admit. again, not a collection, but probably a bigger set than most others here... and dividing my funds between systems is a killer.

having said all that, i'm still at 200-something ds games. i stopped counting when i stopped collecting, but the last tally had me at 209. that was about 9 months ago.

I'm at 47 at the moment. That will be going up again very soon, as I'm definitely getting Phoenix Wright 3 next week, and probably adding some more games this week due to TRU's B2G1 sale.

3-

--Planet Puzzle League
--Picross
--Phoenix Wright 2

I alternate between them before bed (though I've been playing PW2 in anticipation for 3. I feel like I've been playing every night for a month-- the game is long!

I'm at 16, with two more coming for sure (PW3 and DQM:J) but there's so much on my want list. my ds collection will probably become my biggest in the months to come.

I think I'm somewhere in the mid 70's right now.
I have 11 cases that hold 6 games each and all of them are currently full.
Plus I have a bunch of games that I've already finished in their respective boxes.

It'd be a lot more, but I traded in a bunch of games a few months ago and I've lost some games to ex-girlfriends (JP Electroplankton w/headphones and JP Super Princess Peach to one and Animal Crossing: Wild World to another).

I actually just started with my collection, picking up a DS lite this past summer:

Yoshi's Island DS
Mario Kart DS
Final Fantasy III
New Super Mario Bros.
Tetris DS
Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass

The TRU sale helped to expand my collection some this past weekend. There's still a lot of titles I'd like to pick up, I just haven't gotten around to doing it yet. I really would like to pick up Advance Wars: Dual Strike somewhere, I just can't seem to find it...

16, i can't believe the folks who have more then 30. there's only 2 or 3 games i'd still like to buy that are all ready out.
and i'm in the mood, so here's the list;

Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day
Kirby Canvas Curse

Mario Kart DS

New Super Mario Bros.
Planet Puzzle League
Sonic Rush
Super Monkey Ball Touch & Roll
Super Princess Peach
Trauma Center: Under the Knife

I'm think I'm in the 11-15 range. I sell them off after I finish them but there are about 5 or 6 I'm holding on to since relatives like them or they are good to play over an over. Then another 5 or 6 I'm either playing now or haven't gotten to yet.
well, there's over 40 games just on the new "best of" list

i think it's partly that i have somewhat selective tastes, and partly that i don't have a lot of extra time and money. but still, that's a hell of a lot of great games.

I have 58 DS games I've only played 40 and fully completed 15 games, but all of the games I have are ones I like playing also soon i'll have 60 with PW3 and the new dragon quest comming out.

I guess I have to be DocRamon as well. :D

After today's trip to TRU today, I'm now somewhere near the 180-190 range. I haven't had the time to do a full count in a while.

I don't really care about getting every DS game ever, though I do like to try and play as wide a variety of games as possible. This isn't typical of me either, as for the most part, I usually never get more than about 20 games or so for a system over its lifespan.

I've gotta be in the mid-70's now, after picking up quite a few cheap imports since I've been in Japan. I think my DS library has grown faster than that of any other system I've ever owned. Crazy.

I have over 80 at the moment, but still need a few more before I reach my goal of 1 ds game per gba game, in order to store them all (I have about 130 gba games).

The last time I counted the number was around 50, but that was months ago. I'd say I probably have between 65 and 70 DS games now, with Bomberman Land Touch! being my most recent addition.

Somewhere between 10 and 15. I was gungho when I first bought the DS, but I no longer have time and I'm dividing my limited time/money between 3 systems. The games I find myself buying for the DS are the occassional MUST HAVE and a game or two here and there for my wife since she likes the puzzle type games. Picross is next on the list for me to buy her.

I've bought and owned probably 25. Currently down to about 7 or so. There have been some (well, the 7) worth keeping around, otherwise, I dump them off.

here's my full collection:

Contact
Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime
Elite Beat Agents
Feel The Magic: XX/XY
Final Fantasy III
Hotel Dusk Room 215
The Legend Of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
Mario Kart DS
Metroid Prime Hunters
Nintendogs: Dalmations & Friends
Pokemon Diamond
PHoenix Wright Ace Attorney
Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Justice For All
Puzzle Quest
Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon
SNK vs Capcom Card Fighters DS
Tetris DS
Trauma Center: Under The Knife

and adding in the next few weeks:

Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker
Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Trials & Tribulations

Currently own 8:

Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin
Elite Beat Agents
Final Fantasy III
Mario Kart
New Super Mario Bros
Yoshi's Island
Zelda: Phantom Hourglass

58 for me... I haven't bought many recently - just Zelda, Rune Factory, and Brain Age 2.

I don't very often get rid of things... probably because I play through things so slowly than I don't finish things very often. I keep picking up things that look good and never have time to play them *sigh* help!
