How many of you, pre-ordered Halo 2?...

Preordered and paid for the LE at the local Gamestop. The guy at the counter was trying to tell me that the LE did not come out until 11/11. I know they are always trying to sell you something extra, but why encourage me to get the cheaper version?

It's because GS can't guarantee your order for the 9th. They were cut off from PreOrdering for first day shipments about 2 months ago. You want it the 9th, got to EB
 
wonder if the LE a couple days after the 9th will be worth anything
or selling for a premium on ebay for those that didnt pre order and now want the LE

Maybe a month or so after. I think they'll be some around initially.....

Depends on when you preordered it. Some have to wait for the next shipment on 11/16.[/quote]
when i preordered mine i asked about it and they said i would get it on the 9th, i preordered it recently
 
Have mine on preorder at EB. My cousin and I are going to pick ours up at midnight. Would be interesting to see how many people are there.
 
I called Gamestop a couple of hours after my previous post. I am getting the LE on Nov 9! Of course, they acted like I was stupid for even asking...

I procrastinated on this too, but it looks like we may be rewarded with a free watch (assuming that CC gets enough in this week).
 
I better get my LE on the 9th. I preordered Halo 2 over a year ago, and when I asked the guy working said that I would get a LE because I was one of the first to preorder Halo 2.
