I've often wondered if a simple game could use the Wii Remote for one player and the Classic Controller (or even the nunchuk) for a second player.
My idea is a crazy-ass Bomberman game where Four people can play with Wii Remotes, Four people can play with Classic Controllers/Nunchuks, 4 people can play with GameCube Controllers and Four people could play with connected DS's... That'd be great fun.

I think Bust A Move allowed 8 players - 4 using remotes and 4 using attached nunchucks. Of course I heard the game sucked, but it at least has been done before.
another question, which is best for brawl?
classic controller
Thrustmaster(looks like they are sold out)
Or the dumb madcatz(unlikely)
Thats really up to you and your preference. Out of your choices I would go with the official Nintendo controller, but I plan to play the game with a Wavebird.
If you have all the controller options that brawl allows (Wiimote, Wiimote + nunchuck, Classic, and GCN) then you should try them all out and see for yourself. Personally I think I'm going to be more comfortable with the Wavebird.
