How many times a day do you check/frequent CAG?

Eh, my homepage is still espn.com, gotta keep up on my sports. CAG is on my favorites though, and is certainly the site I spend the most time on.
 
Every weekday morning, most week nights as well, occasionally when I come home for lunch. Once in a great while whenever I happen to wake up on Saturdays, and always on Sundays to see any ads I might have missed during the week.
 
I don't really like espn.com anymore, all that espn motion crap is lame and the site has gone to hell since they put it in. Their fantasy sports setup is crap too, their baseball league is horrid, yahoo beats it in every way. I mainly just get my sports fix from a combo of PTI, 2-3 replay's of sportscenter, a little NBA recap on NBA TV, and whatever NFL shows espn happens to be running.
 
I use it to check scores, and as far as sports pages go it's the most up to date for the largest variety of sports. Once football season ends I might change it to NBA.com unless ([-o< please God please[-o< ) a miracle happens and the NHL season finally starts.
