Wii Games played in order of preference:

* means own
+ means rented
- means sold
Enjoyed for many months:

Mario Kart Wii *
Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games +
Metroid Prime 3 *
Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition *
Sega Superstar Tennis * (I really enjoy this one with the 1st person view)
Super Mario Galaxy *
Super Paper Mario *
Super Smash Brothers Brawl *
The Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess *
Trauma Center: Second Opinion *
Wii Fit * (I actually play this just about every day between 30 to 60 minutes, the balance games are awesome)
Wii Sports *
Wii Play *
Zack and Wiki *

Played but over fast (less than a month)
Big Brain Academy -
Elebits + (this gave me a headache from the start)
Excite Truck - (unlocked everything in just a weekend)
Ghost Squad -
Guitar Hero 3 - (lack of HD made this game really bleh for me, I have GH II on Xbox 360 and I thought it was better, and better songs)
House of the Dead 2 and 3 +
Kororinpa: Marble Mania + (if they remade this game for the Wii Fit board, it would even be better)
Mario Party 8 - (boy this game was just like every other Mario Party that has come before it, what a rip off)
Rayman Raving Rabbids -
Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz +
Wario Ware Smooth Moves +

I recently checked my inventory of games for Next Gen - I only have the Xbox 360 and Wii and well...I own more games for the Wii - but I have played far more games on the Xbox 360 but sold so many because of their limited / short gaming experience - such as Bioshock and Mass Effect.

I own all the games below, unless noted otherwise (my current Wii game collection is at 36) and my rankings are in order:

Love it:

1. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
2. Super Mario Galaxy
3. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
4. Okami
5. Super Smash Bros. Brawl
6. Mario Kart Wii
7. Battalion Wars 2
8. Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles
9. Mario Strikers Charged
10. Excite Truck
11. Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock
12. Ghost Squad

Like it:

1. Super Paper Mario
2. Geometry Wars: Galaxies
3. Metal Slug Anthology
4. Trauma Center: New Blood
5. Call of Duty 3
6. Link's Crossbow Training
7. The House of the Dead 2 & 3 Return
8. Wario Ware: Smooth Moves
9. Wii Fit
10. Wii Sports

It's Okay:

1. Marvel: Ultimate Alliance
2. Blast Works: Build, Fuse, & Destroy (I've only played through the campaign/arcade portion of the game and haven't touched the online portion yet)
3. Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree
4. Rayman Raving Rabbids
5. Endless Ocean
6. Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz
7. Elebits (I don't own it, but the hour I played of it seemed okay)

Not so Fond of (only rented or played a friend's copy):

1. Nights: Journey of Dreams (even with a classic controller, the control was frustrating for me & the level design wasn't great)
2. SSX Blur (I know a lot of people were able to adjust to the control, but 4 days of playing it still didn't help me figure it out)
3. Mercury Meltdown Revolution (too frustrating for me, when compared to Super Monkey Ball)

Own but have yet to play:

Bully: Scholarship Edition
Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn
Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law
No More Heroes
The Godfather: Blackhand Edition
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent
Trauma Center: Second Opinion
Zack and Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure

A lot of people seem to dislike Super Paper Mario and I guess that's due to it's change from it's RPG past to an action/adventure game with RPG upgrade elements, but I thought it was a very fun game with a lot to do (Getting all the pixls, finding all the cards and completing all the recipes, the arcade games and going through
both pit of 100 trials
).

Also, I know Metroid Prime 3: Corruption wasn't a huge seller/blockbuster like SMG & LoZ:TP, but I wish it had gotten more love on peoples' lists here and better sales in general. I think it executes the wii control scheme very, very well and pulled me in to play it through 3 times (once on each difficulty) to get 100% completion on the game.

Tiger Woods 07 (fucking hated)

Endless Ocean (I liked it)
Chicken Shoot (to say I fucking hated it would be an understatement)

I'm not counting WiiWare or VC titles, as I don't see them as console defining. Yes, there are some crown jewels in there (i.e. Lost Winds); however, these games are not easily accessible to the average consumer - just geeks and otaku.

I'm still pissed that Nintendo canned the GC version to make it a Wii exclusive title. For that, I'll probably never bother to play it (too much of a backlog anyhow).

Not counting WiiWare and the VC, I own five Wii games - Brawl, Mario Kart, Metal Slug Anthology, Geometry Wars Galaxies, and Wii Sports. Not a huge library, but I've only had my Wii since February and I've been pretty consistently broke since then.

If we do count WiiWare and VC, then we can add Kid Icarus, Pokémon Snap, Kirby 64, Yoshi's Cookie, Defend Your Castle, My Life as a King, Dr. Mario, and Pokémon Ranch to the list.
