How often does GameStop do B2G1 on used games?

I was contemplating buying all 3 Kingdom Hearts games for the PS2, but it turns out I *just* missed a buy 2 get 1 free deal on used games a couple weeks ago. I've seen GameStop have quite a few of these over the years, so I was wondering when I should expect the next one to be?

Also, if you guys happen to know where I could get all the games (preferably new) for cheaper than GS's used price (About ~$40 for all 3 with the B2G1 deal), feel free to shout it out. :D
 
Corporate makes all the decisions depending on how the year goes. But, I've seen some twice a year, and some 5 times a year. It's all luck, just keep watching over game stop.
 
Yeah man. Usually its towards the end of the sales quarter. Next one im pretty sure will be on Black friday, and after that around xmas. Just keep looking at the Deals section of CAG because its pretty much up to date, and keep an eye out at the gamestop website. Sometimes, if a new store opens in a certain area, or maybe even out of the blue, they may throw a B2G1 free in then. Depends on luck as CheapGamesFTW mentioned

GoHastings has KHII and KH:RE used for a total of 22.37 after shipping with the LABORDAY coupon. That leaves you $17.63 to find KHI. I'm sure that's cheaper than GS (Unless you're using credit.)

And I think I have about 8 bucks in GS credit, so I may use that toward KHI.
