Don't feel bad. I'm 18 for at least 3 more weeks. Then I can finally play my Halo Xbox my girl bought me. I don't even technically own an Xbox yet, and I already have 6 games for it. Pathetic much?

Edit: I noticed everyone was throwing in how long they've been playing, so I might as well too. When I was 5, my Dad came home with an NES and Super Mario Bros. We stayed up trying to beat the 1st Bowser stage. I fell asleep, but my Dad was relentless. I woke up the next morning to find him sleeping on the couch in front of the NES. I woke him up, and he told me he beat Bowser! I sat in awe of his gaming prowess. Been gaming ever since.
 
29 with a 13 year old & 9 week old. (yeah - yeah had my 1st son at the good old age of 16.) i was playing with other things, not just my NES at that age. :lol: the good thing is my oldest son & i are real close, just a few week's ago i bought us 2 xbox's & linked them up. been playing Halo & Slpinter cell, for days nows. he put his gamecube away in the closet & i did the same with the PS2. i can't belive we waitied this long for xbox.


p.s. yes i've been with with my wife for ever :D , & yes , i went to school & got a great job (so did my wife) & have taken care of them since day one. i'm very proud of my wife & myself, if i do say so. i think we are a great couple & parents. so just in case any one has issue with young parents. .. but remeber boy's & girls think before you ..you know.
we are in a very low number group. it's tuffer then hell being a young parent.

I'm 20, but isn't it alarming how many 20+ year olds there are along with all of the "my mom won't let me buy any more video games cause I'm wasting my allowance" type posts out there? :shock: Maybe I'm just imagining things.

sounds familiar to me as well, from a movie perhaps...though maybe not 19...
seems to refer to an age limit to enlisting (17 with guardian consent BTW)...I could be wrong though...

anyhow...25 years old....22 years o' gamin'...

good for you, but did you forget that video games + systems use to be hella expencive? i went through hell to get an atari. and more hell to get a famicom. and gave up so hella much for my supa famicom.

i noticed the same thing....i also pictured myself being the oldest on this site for some reason...(im 21)...
