How reliable is The Hut/Zavvi?

I see people on here speak well of The Hut and Zavvi but I see a lot of negative reviews online. I tried ordering something from The Hut that is apparently backordered but still listed as in stock. Zavvi claims it actually does have it, so after canceling my Hut order I am considering trying Zavvi. If international rates were not so high I would just call...

I have ordered from Zavvi two times before with no problems but you have to be patient for your items to arrive.
