How reliable would you say Gazelle is?

I've seen Gazelle mentioned before on this site, but I still don't know much about them. It seems Gazelle teamed up with Newegg recently (http://newegg.gazelle.com) and is offering Newegg gift cards for trade-ins. I have a few extra computer monitors I wanted to get rid of and Gazelle seems to be the best choice to go with since I don't do Craigslist and I think the shipping costs selling through Ebay would make them a LOT harder to sell (plus I'm planning on building a new computer within the next month or so and I'm sure I'm going to buy most of my parts from Newegg anyways).

So how reliable would you say Gazelle is when it comes to trading in electronics items? I see they can change the quote if they feel the item isn't in the condition you specify it's in and I worry that while I may think my items are in good or perfect condition they'll quote them as fair or poor condition and screw me out of a good chunk of the quoted value. Are they usually pretty fair with their assessments? Also have there been any number of issues regarding items never arriving or getting lost on their end? And how quickly is the turn-around time from when they receive the item to when you get your money (and if it's in a giftcard form do they e-mail the code to you or actually mail a physical giftcard)?

Thanks for any and all help with this. :D

I don't know about electronics items but they are fine for trading in video games. I just got credit for a few trades. They are slower than they used to be, but they are better about not rejecting stuff randomly like Amazon/Noram is.

But here was the timing for one of my trades:

Mailed in on April 6th via Fedex Ground. Note that they also can generate USPS priority mail labels but I didn't know this at first. I will definitely use the Priority labels from now on because like UPS Ground. Fedex Ground is pretty slow from West Coast to East Coast.

Anyway, it was delivered April 12th.
I got an email on the 14th saying that my items were received and checked in, but not yet "inspected" (where they may or may not adjust the value).
Normally you'd get another email saying they were accepted and at what value.
Instead, today (the 22nd), I got my Amazon gift card (for the full amount).

So, yeah, total time for me was about 16 days. It would be a bit faster if you were on the East Coast and shipping didn't take 6-7 days.
