ridiculous...This shouldn't even be a crime...at least not with male students students who are 16+. If it were a girl yes..but a guy..psh.. It was obviously consensual and he is just a lucky SOB. The school has every right to fire her..but criminal charges? BS.

Shouldn't it be the other way around? Females hit puberty earlier and should be (in theory) more ready for sex at 16 than their male counterparts. I agree that the sexes are different but let's at least use science to make the difference instead of bullshit.

it's kinda fucked up but shouldn't be illegal... a 16 yr old is damn capable of consent, and in some states is legally given the right to consent. Hell, in Japan a 13 year old can consent.

Does anyone honestly believe a 16 year old is not capable of deciding whether or not they wanna bang someone?

If courts can say underage kids can be tried as adults in murder cases, the maturity level of some underage slut should help some random middle-aged pervert walk. No charges are filed against the slut, only the poor bastard dumb enough to not check her driver's license.

Shit, in the middle ages underage girls were the only ones married off, you could even marry blood relatives. Someone who was of legal age was basically butt-fuckin-ugly and would never get hitched unless her daddy was your sworn enemy and had a bigger army than you.

lmao thts always what i think when i see these cases in the news. aside from that wtf is with these kids talking about it? yeah i know what she did is wrong but as a man i know if it were me id shut up and enjoy the ride. sorry about your friend op but she is damn hott. after reading that article i wonder if the kid said something because he couldnt get the job done with his teacher. why else would you be embarassed to see her?
