You had to sign up to callofduty.com between a set date in order to qualify for a beta code. You can also get a code if you pre-order the game or if any more websites decide to do a give away. Otherwise you can't get the beta codes for free anymore. There was a glitch on the callofduty.com site the other day but that was quickly patched.
