How to return a preowned game to bestbuy from the b2g1 free deal?

I ordered 3 wii-u games. Windwaker HD came in a generic dvd case. 

No bestbuy in a 100 mile radius has a copy of it to swap out. 

I was told there was no way to return 1 game. It would be returned at 0.00. So there would be no point in returning it. I was told the only thing I can really do is return all 3 games. To me this is BS. 

Does anyone know of any way of beating the system?

Can I return the game without a receipt for a gift card?

The only idea I have is to order a couple via bestbuy.com in hopes a complete one comes and I return all of the others. Is that a valid idea?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Just look on ebay for a case. Or sell it on ebay and get some money back

I wouldn't buy used from BestBuy.com expecting to get a case. In most cases it comes with one, but they're not guaranteed so you shouldn't expect it to be guaranteed.

Lots of times when this happens to me if you ask a local Gamestop nicely they give me cases sometimes. Just tell them you bought it on gamestop.com and it came In a generic case.

Buy a complete Windwaker at Gamestop. Return it disc only. Keep the case.

At least you got the right game. There have been times where I ordered a game and got the wrong game in the right case.
