CAGiversary!
I still have the boxes for my original Sega CD and Genesis (both launch systems) but, in my older years, I have been using the RF switch, which is a damn shame for both systems. In fact, I'm probably missing some of the sounds for the Sega CD (model 1 by the way) as I remember a mixing cable of some sort. I was too young for the technical aspects (lame excuse) as my bro had all of it hooked up to a Kenwood system (sounded awesome in 1994).
Now that you've walked down Nostaglia Lane, how do you properly hook up a Sega Genesis (model 1 launch), Sega CD to 1) a reciever to get stereo sound and 2) to a television. I see it takes a fatter composite. Is this accesible at Radio Shack? I also have a 32x, but thats of little consequence as I have one game for it (Virtua Racing) and don't really plan on playing it.
Thanks for the help.
