How to Survive PC

How is this game? I played this old game years ago on Amiga Robinson Requim and it was really cool survival/crafting game. I tried Day One Garrys Incident and couldn't stand the graphics. How is this one?

 
I'm enjoying it, though, it's not particularly deep when it comes to survival elements. You do craft, but it's mostly just absurd, slightly over-the-top weapons/mods. I like it's controls, well enough, the quirky sense of humor, and the slowly rising difficulty which is tied to discovering/traveling to the various islands. I wouldn't hesitate in buying it at $3.74 if i didn't own it already.
