How tough are NES games?

3 days is nothing. An old Nintendo Power featured a letter describing some missing OG Game Boy games left outside for an entire winter and still survived.

Hell, even NES controllers seemed to outlast those of future generations.
 
I thought this was going to be about how hard NES games are, if I didn't grow up on them and know them, I don't think I could figure or beat half of them out without cheats or a walkthrough.
 
yet another reason why cartridges are better than discs, imagine what they could do with those cartridges now. the ds games are damn near invisible and they can hold a ton of data and impressive graphics.
