How Would You Package & Put On Ebay Cardboard Standees?

hiccupleftovers

CAGiversary!
Through my endeavors of going to EB and their ilk I have managed to pilfer (no not steal just have been given) some cardboard standees. But since I need the money, I was thinking of Ebaying them. Anybody know what type of box or how to package them and how much it would cost to ship them out?

Don't the standees have pre-defined fold points? It shouldn't be too hard to break them down, unless I'm totally wrong.

I actually bought a standee off of ebay. Like Scorch said, they used the original box and it cost like 20 bucks to ship it to me. It was rather big. But it folded up nicely and it got here safely in the original box.

I would imagine that you could open up some big boxes and tape them together to make a flat box to ship them in. It might be a little trial and error. Just my two cents.

Trying to do that only makes them into a mess and can sometimes weaken the strength of their bonds so as to have them not even stand anymore. Tried that and it didn't really work.
Go back down to EB and tell them to save you a box the next time they get a standee.. that's what I did
Hmmm...I think I'll try that. Thanks Scorch. hadn't thought of that.
