Humble Bundle Thread

Might be in for the lonely planet bundle, got the last one. If I ever do go to any of those places will be nice to have a digital guide available. Assuming Humble will still be around then.
I'm intrigued. A number of those places are on my list of future trips. Nice charity, too.

gr8, now we have travel backlogs.
I sure do. I've headed out west camping the last two years with my wife and son, and we've got a list of places we want to take trips to over the next number of years.

A few things to note:

Free Tropico 4 is part of their end of summer sale.  Didn't really see anything of note, but you might find something.

Tried ordering the National Parks bundle last night, order held up in processing for hours and now seems to have been cancelled outright.  Will have to check back and try to re-order.

MOST IMPORTANT: Seems to be a change in the way the Humble store works.  I swear it used to tell me that 10% of my purchase went to the charity of my choice.  They have changed that so that only 5% goes to the charity of my choice and the other 5% goes either to a charity of their choice or to your wallet, BUT it defaults to a charity of their choice so you have to choose "My Wallet" to get the 5%.

Honestly, I would prefer for them to still give me the option to give 10% to the charity of my choice.

It's made over $1,000,000 now...

Can't get the tweet to embed.
It's hard as an intelligent cat to predict the actions of so many dumbasses.

Which is why I'm still worried about Mein Trumpf becoming the USA's first ever Fuhrer.

PayPal shit the bed yesterday, and it was taking ages for payments to go through, so your bundle purchase might have been held up because of that. I bought the GameMaker bundle yesterday, and my purchase just went through, about 24 hours later. As far as the sale goes, The Walking Dead Michonne is 75% off.

Yeah, it finally went through just now for me too.

Also, TWD Michonne is an excellent game, but it is short. I'd say 75% off is the perfect price for any TWD fan wanting to play it right away.

I also experienced paypal problems while on humble last night.  At least I received an email from them tonight about double charging me.  Good on them for letting me know and fixing the problem so that I did not have to dispute with paypal.

PSA: Only about 12 hours left to increase payment on your Humble Capcom PlayStation Bundle.

If anyone's got a BTA of $10+ who doesn't want the third-tier, please shoot me a PM. Thanks.

It's also possible that they've delayed a bundle that would have launched a few minutes ago until they've corrected the paypal issue. If they had launched a bundle with such a problem, it would have been a clusterfuck.

It's possible, but they might have also skipped this week cause of that major End of Summer Sale they're running right now.

EDIT: Nevermind, looks like BellardB already said this. LOL

Self-serving bump time.

If anyone's got a Sierra bundle they BTA with for the second tier, that they don't want the 3rd & 4th tiers of, shoot me a PM.

Looking for a BTA $8 or higher (ideally the $10 range).

I went ahead and upgraded to the $20 tier. I funded that by selling off some dupe Humble keys so it's no big deal.

I hope they'll add them to GOG connect in like... five years. :p

Meh.  Someone let me know if they have an extra Runestone Keeper key.  Games aren't bad but nothing I don't already have/am interested in very much.

Humble Jumbo Bundle 7

PWYW:

  • Rollercoaster Tycoon 2: Triple Thrill Pack (Steam)
  • Devil Daggers (Steam)
  • Runestone Keeper (Steam + DRM Free)

BTA:

  • Stronghold Crusader 2 (Steam)
  • Prison Architect (Steam)
  • Punch Club (Steam)
  • (+ Second Week Bonuses)

$9.99 or more

  • Miscreated (Early Access) (Steam)
BTA is tanking right now. I'll probably only buy at that level.

Pretty decent bundle.

BTA is around 4.50 now, but changing by the moment.

Just wishlisted Devil Daggers yesterday, so enthusiastic about that. Prison Architect and Punch Club are both play-worthy. I would say BTA is a good deal if you get it under $5. I'm not interested in Miscreated, so avoiding that tier.

What you don't want another alpha base building clan fighting deserted wasteland clone?

Lowest I've seen is $4.42. Started at $6.00.

Hopefully, the week 2 additions are better than HiB 17.

Huh, apparently I had Devil Daggers on my wishlist.

A word of warning, the game's leaderboards are apparently glitched and the dev hasn't done anything to fix them in a while.

... and Stronghold Crusader 2 has a BUTTLOAD of DLC. Guess I'll be skipping that one.

$4.50 is a great price if you don't have/want the stuff in the BTA tier.  Punch Club is the only thing that looks appealing to me since I have PA already.  Bonuses are usually underwhelming.  Looks like this one might hover under $5 for a bit -- I guess tons of people already have PA.

Runestone Keeper is a dupe for me. As is RCT2 as I did a Humble Store build a bundle for it. I guess people seem to be excited enough for Devil Daggers that I'd do a split.

Humble keeps doing that thing where the BTA is only really worth it if you want all games. Only want punch club so well wait until the unlocks or tremor.

Miscreated I haven't played as much as I want because I had server connection issues when I first bought it years ago from a Russian trader. Some people still had them, but mine went away. Little that I've played is just your typical zombie survival game.

$1 tier is ok, most of us own Runestone Keeper since it was in a Killer bundle, as stated before. I bought the two I needed from a split (RCT2/Devil Daggers). BTA is crap if you already own PA, which most people got from an earlier HB. Like Foxhack said, too much DLC for Stronghold Crusader 2, and judging from the reviews it doesn't seem to be a good game anyway. Punch Club has been free before, and will be free again if you missed it (published by tinybuild). Miscreated is such an awful $10 tier game, Humble must have gotten lazy, surely they could've chosen something better.

I don't know if it can be considered moraning anymore when 200+ people on my friend list own it
Yeah. It was in the third tier of a Humble bundle, but that third tier was at a really tempting price, making it a small premium over the BTA. I recall Fox talking up that tier quite a bit here.

Posted this on Keys Added, but I know some weirdos don't check there so..

If you bought Humble Weekly Fantastic Arcade, Wheels of Aurelia steam keys are up.

Yes, but mass moraning does not absolve the moraning. Indef is in the right.
