No. Part of the dating sim mechanics are that you have to give gifts to the girls to win them over. You have to match the gift to the girl. Giving that particular one a lighter is a good thing (she curses at you regardless if its good or bad) cause shes a party girl.

Oh go fuck yourself. Some of us got it for the cartoon boobs, some of us got it as a joke, but pretty much anyone who has played it was legitimately stunned at how solid it performed compared to the vast wastelands of shitty casual mobile ports.

Plus, the cartoon boobs were high quality.

 
Only thing I'm interested in is HunieCam Studio because I like management games, and what I saw of Huniepop was actually really funny.

Also reminds me of Lula: The Empire, or whatever that old porno-studio sim was.

Surprisingly I haven't played a single Sakura game (I really don't like how they teased adult scenes but never had them....until later games). Sakura Dungeon I believe has dungeon crawling gameplay...if that's anything. I will try a few of these though.

It is to note that I believe these are all the Sakura games and both Hunie games.

In the $1 tier, I see HuniePop is some kind of management game. What are the Sakura games? Are they actually games? I see no gameplay in the vids.

 
Per earlier comments in the thread, the Sakura games are fairly short Visual Novels with the exception of the $10 tier game which is some sort of dungeon crawler.

 
I played (and finished) Huniecam, thanks to nitrosmob's generosity -- it's okay. It has a relatively short time limit, so it's about maximizing your income within that time, while I figured the deadline given would be the first stage, kinda like Recettear. But nope, that's it, then you get ranked and it tells you to start over.

It's also more of a clicker than I expected, which can get in the way of the actual management aspects. There also isn't actually a lot of humor in it since there's no dialogue after the tutorials.

Thanks guys. I think the only one I'm interested is that puzzle game in the higher tier but I'm not paying that for just that game. I'll go back to playing Senran Kagura if I feel like playing sexy anime games with some actual gameplay. ;)
