I like how someone named "5.79Anonymous" paid $25 and is the #5 contributor. Oops, looks like someone got Humbled! Have fun getting a refund.

Oh and while we're on the subject (kind of, anyway) of the previous weekly. Look at the pitiful discount Battle Academy received during the sale. Most of the other games in that bundle have fared little better. I can't remember who it was who pointed out Slitherine's chintzy discounts during sales and recommended buying the bundle based on that, but you were right bro. Assuming of course, you had any interest in the games.
that was me. Slitherine's tendency NOT to discount their game is legendary.

Grab that tier 3 Slitherine bundle was the best decision i made during this month of sale

Because most households will buy only one console. And they're going to buy the one that has the majority of games that they want to play.

Mario and Zelda are great. But you know what else is great? Witcher, Batman, Grand Theft Auto, Final Fantasy, Fallout, COD (don't argue), Dark Souls, actual sports games, etc.

It wasn't that marketing killed the Wii U. It's the lack of third-party development that killed the Wii U.
Let's also ignore the fact that the WiiU Controller now also pops on randomly to give me advertisements..... Xbox doesn't do that with my TV (yet)

I guess I didn't bother reading that post gentlyporking made about COD being a great series. And GTA? AND actual sports games? Oh god, someone stop him before he mentions Gears of War or Motorstorm.

It wasn't that marketing killed the Wii U. It's that most retard Americans think Nintendo games are childish because grown men can't call 12-year-olds pussy bitches and teabag their corpses in online multiplayer.

Weren't most of these in a similar, previous bundle? I pennied in for the Manga Guide to Database book, but that's it.

This is the Braniac bundle with books from the same publisher; I only see one or two actual repeats here. I'm mildly tempted to penny in for the elements book, but even that one doesn't look too great.

If not for the fact that the Humble Bundle app just sucks all sorts of balls, I'd think about getting this. But on 4 separate devices, it crashed mid-download, be it a 50Mb file, or a 1Gb file...a game, or a book.

Oh, that, and app updates pretty much don't happen.

I think, sadly, I'm probably done with HB now :|

Personally I'd skip the app. It's kinda handy for Android games and whatnot, but you can just as easily directly download the apks to your device. Ditto with cbz, epub or mobi files.

True enough - I'd thought about this while I was typing, but I felt the urge to rant (minorly, I know). The Lego books do look interesting, and my son would probably enjoy them...

I have the same problem with the Humble app. It usually just crashes when I start up my device, and I don't even want it to run when I start my device. And it crashes when downloading in the background. It's seriously a waste of space. They're much better at selling other people's junk than making junk of their own.
