I already own TWD and I'll never play any of the other games but I bought the entire bundle anyways. Because I have a serious problem when it comes to this stuff. Help.
The first season is pretty raw, I'm not surprised they didn't want to include it. Telltale's games definitely got better from where they started.

Interesting that you can't get Walking Dead DRM-free. It's a great game, well worth the BTA/whole bundle price.
I don't blame them, and that could easily have something to do with Image/Kirkman's licensing structure. They may have required DRM on PC.

Obligatory picture of me Robert and Todd having dinner together after SDCC. This was the year right before WD hit TV.

Already had the Sam & Max game from the Amazon bundle, but none of the others, so $4 for TWD and whatever those other games are does the trick.

Have almost everything except Hector, but I still want to support.

These Humble Bundles are like PS+ was for me before. Just don't buy anything- it'll be a bundle soon enough.

Holding out on FTL and Prison Architect for that reason.

I have like half of these games but I was ready to throwdown $4 for Walking Dead alone.
Hector and Sam & Max are just gravy (had everything else)

This is a pretty fantastic bundle! I own about half of them already but for that price how could I not!

My backlog.

But I purchased anyways.

They are really on a roll with this weekly bundles. Of course, I buy them but I'll most likely never install and/or play them, but still.

Thanks this is a great update week.
Man I just hate I missed out on previous weeks would love to have the Darksiders and Redfaction games in my Steam Library

Interesting:
http://www.steamgifts.com/forum/rXdWC/humble-weekly-got-an-extra-copy-come-in-get-it/page/31337

Apparently there are reports of those who preordered PN2 getting an extra copy of PN1 after activating the humble bundle key if they already owned PN1 (close steam and reopen and it should appear). I preordered so I can report back after work if this is in fact true. It looks like our own Peroxide had this happen?

Edit: I'm guessing it has something to do with Valve's involvement in PN1. Valve's own games sometimes give extra copies if you already own.

Amazing bundle, was planning on grabbing Walking Dead at the next sale. Didn't have any of the other games, and always wanted to try Sam & Max. Too awesome.

Yes I have an extra copy in my inventory right now. I originally got it from pre-ordering Poker Night 2 now I have an extra. :)

Neato. Makes the bundle just a tiny bit better.
PN2 definitely has my interest, might buy after my paycheck deposits. The rest is bonus to me.
FTYI: It's Poker Night 1 not 2.

PN2 is entertaining though - for a bit at least.

Thanks for clarification. Still worth the deal in my eyes.

Can anyone who's played these games, or most of them, provide some insight if you wouldn't mind? I've played The Walking Dead but the rest I haven't touched.

Thanks for any info!

Sam and Max is the best of the rest, BTTF is ok at best

My insight: they're worth far more than the $1 you need to pay to get them, even if you don't end up playing them all.

I agree. You are bound to get more than a $1 worth of fun out of at least one of these games.

I have to say I like your new avatar more than the last one which was giving me the creeps (Spoder with side-whiskers and a pointy nose, probably for sniffing out Groupees clues...)

Never gonna play any of these games (don't like point and clickers), but for $4 good enough to stuff the backlog with. :)

Well ok, might play that poker game for 15 mins.... hmmmm.

Thanks guys. I beat the average to get the Steam keys. I was probably going to get them anyway - just wanted to moral support :)

Do you like Layton and Twin Peaks? That's what Puzzle Agent is rather than a typical P&C adventure game.

Well now I'm bumping that to the top of my backlog. Didn't realize it was at all like Layton:D

It uses the same type of format. You click things around the world to stock up on hints. You go through an investigation and progress by solving the same types of puzzles. As a bonus, Puzzle Agent doesn't assume you're an 8-year-old so it doesn't force you to hold hands and slowly force you to prove that you're not incompetent every step of the way.

I always thought they did a good job with the difficulty in the Layton games, but maybe I'm just dumb:lol: really interested in playing Puzzle Agent now though, I need another puzzle adventure game fix:bouncy:

You ever feel Layton games have too many puzzles? Maybe that's a dumb question for someone who really enjoys that sort of thing. I just sometimes wish the game would get ON WITH IT. I felt Walking Dead balanced narrative and puzzle solving really well.

It's a great deal but I haven't been into adventure games in over fifteen years or so and I don't think very highly of what Telltale passes off as 'adventure games' -- they're more like interactive movies without much puzzle solving. But for people who are fans of that stuff they are good for what they are. The Sam and Max stuff is probably the closest they come to an actual adventure game.

/cue Elder Peppers.

I love the Layton games myself. I don't think it's puzzle overload just because I think that's what makes them a little distinct. It's not like Wario Ware mini-game hectic, but it's not regular adventure game slow. That said, I could see that as a fair criticism.

I don't mind the handholding. Makes me feel accomplished when I complete a puzzle.

Reminder to self: never buy games on their own, even when on sale.
