Hurricane Katrina Survey - need your help

Anyone who is willing, I need you to fill out a short survey concerning media coverage of Hurricane Katrina. It should maybe take five minutes as it's only 27 questions long. Now, this was designed originally for college aged people, so that is mostly what I am looking for--ages 16-25. Thank you in advance.

My last question was "Why were white people 'stocking up' and black people were 'looting' if both races were running around with plasma televisions?"

I think they should've been told about how the barrier couldn't stand up to the hurricane, and forcibly evacuated.
