I Am 8-Bit / Video Game Art

Was just curious as to whether anyone here had decided to submit a piece to the I Am 8-Bit contest that IGN and I Am 8-Bit was holding, or just if anyone here has any artistic talent and have created any video game based pieces.

I forget who it was, but someone around these parts makes game characters out of legos. They look pretty sweet.
