I cant post my trade list.

I want to post my trade list and it keeps telling me I don't have the ability to post a reply in the thread or ot start a new topic.  How do I get access to do this I have read through a ton of the stuff in the forums and just must have missed something.

The ironic thing is the OP posted in the Trading Rules thread prior to making this thread, so it seems they didn't bother to actually read the rules.
