I feel like I just robbed Target

And considering I work there that's not such a bad feeling.

Today we started our 75% off Xmas merchandise so I went and bought a few things.

2 things of 40ft giftwrap marked at $3.99 each
A set of 35 vintage dula color lights marked at $6.99
Set of 70 blue & white pearl lights marked at $9.99
A set of 200 philips heavy duty mini lights marked at $9.99
2 12 oz bags of candy marked at $2.50 each
2 1lb bags of candy marked at $3.99 each
A 6x5 Gold Pillar Candle marked at $7.99
A 5x6 Winter Frost Pillar Candle marked at $9.99
So, The Horse got $65.91 in Target stuff

and The Horse paid $15.51

Ba ha ha ha

Go check your Targets to see if their Xmas stuff is 75% off today, if it wasn't already earlier this week.

I'm even more excited for the next big clearance though, when all the old electronics are cleared out to make way for 2005's stuff.

I certainly don't want to purchase Christmas stuff, but when is the electronics clearance supposed to start?

Oh trust me it's all money well spent, I'm gonna wrap up my roommates goddam cat in all those lights and teach it a thing or two about a thing or two; horses don't like cats. Then I need the wrapping paper for next year, and I refuse to pay full price for fucking wrapping paper. I just happen to like candles; and I probably should've gotten more candy...

as for the electronics clearance I'll let you guys know when I found out, should be sometime this month or early February. One of the guys that I work with has been there six years and said it's happened every year around this time.

Horses don't like cats? Then how do you explain this?

Hey horse, be nice to the cat. It is a living creature and should be treated as such. Take your anger out on your roomates not on the poor defenseless cat.

 because I'm actually gonna string the cat up with lights

I dont see what the problem is with buying very inexpensive christmas mechandise, I guess it is the fact I am a homeowner and want to jazz things up for the holidays... my wife and I spent 60 bucks at Target... which included a pre-lit tree for my game room among other decor for next year
