Oh, I guess if that's a status beyond just sitting as "available" in your list, then I suppose they did confirm it. Then I guess the next step is to mark it as mailed. So in your case, I guess they have confirmed the trade and are too lazy to actually mail it.
 
I just recieved Kameo after 4+ weeks of me being told that it had been shipped. Nevertheless it was absolutley free! (I just used my 9 free sign up points). I dont think I will use the service until more people start using because as of now it takes too long to get the games.

this site screw me royal. I shipped out 12 games and only got 2 back.

I have 80 pts and NOTHING is shipping even crappy Sports games wont ship. Im waiting for a class action lawsuit to come against this company very very soon

As anyone got any games shipped from this piece of shit company in the last 3 to 4 days.


I emailed them 2 times in the past 3 days about 10 games showing available to ship now YET none moves into the shipping


I havent heard a thing from them in the last 4 days

Ummm....yah, I doubt that. I'd guess you're the only person that went against the advice I gave everyone, which was send in 1 game, get 1 game, send in 1 game, get 1 game. I made out great on the site...took my own advice and got 3 games and sent out 2.

Class action lawsuits costs tens of thousands of dollars...if you collected a dollar from every person that has ever traded a game on this site...you'd have around $200. It's not some big corporation...it's run out of some kid's basement, I'm sure.

at least im not out any real cash. The 2 games i did get off the site i was able to sell for what the 10 games cost me

Ridge racer DS cost me 5 bucks
frantix PSP comes me 7 bucks (but was Blockbuster credit) Total 12
blitz the leauge ps2 got off ebay i would say 8 bucks Total 20
frantix psp again from blockbuster for 7 Total 27 bucks
RS black arrow XBoX got off Kmart for Buck : ) total 28 bucks
ape escape adamy psp got it off ebay for 7 bucks TOTAL 35 bucks
virtua tennis PSP got it off sears for 10 bucks TOTAL 45 bucks
lumies psp Got it off Blockbuster for 10 bucks TOTAL 55 bucks
RS black arrow once again kmart for buck TOTAL 56 bucks
Drill drozer got it off Best buy 10 bucks TOTAL 66 bucks

then 2 bucks to ship each so add another 20 or so TOTAL 86 bucks

games i got

ADvance wars DS sold on ebay for 22 bucks
Dark allalance 2 PS2 (shocked i got this) Sold on ebay for 57 shipped

total 79 bucks

so total out of pocket was around 7 to 10 bucks

I played tennis for around month before selling
Rest of them i hated



im sure internet fraud could be one of the things filed against this company. They say they have games listed on their site yet they dont ship anything out what could be more charges.


Hell if someone started a no chance in hell lawsuit on AOL cooking its books i wouldnt be shocked if a lawsuit started here.

i wrote them 3 times in last 5 days and i be shocked if i ever hear back from them. at least the other site that ads here responces to emails


also no matter what site i deal with Even if i send out more games then getting i always make sure the vaule of the games i got = or more then what i sent




I guess Its a road trip to FLORIDA WOOOO. The company protected it self from lawsuits

you have to meet with a arbitration down in florida instead of fileing lawsuits against it.

i think the company knew this would happen and put that in the terms so they cant be sued
 
They don't claim to send video games out on their website. They're very clear on the fact that the video games come from other users, not them. It's a trading site and they're just a third party helping people trade games with each other. They really have no control over whether people send the games you request.
 
It almost does not matter if they are sued or not. The site is dead and will not survive.

Companies need to have an Ebay like feedback system. You see the user name of the person and the feedback of that person before you select to receive the game. This way you will see if they just say they ship a game, really ship one or just ignore requests for games.

You should be able to provide feedback for failed requests.

this is why i think someone could have grounds for a lawsuit


what keeps them from listing 100s of games up on their site making people BELIVE there are games in stock. SO people put their games up there and the people who claim them are WOrkers off the site (you never know cause you never know who your dealing with and they can have millions of pts since its their site)

so they are getting all the games and all your getting in return is Pts that you will never be able to use


I just put another 4 games that show they can ship now into my line up


One game has been in my line up for 3 days and it shows there are 4 of them and none shiped.

point is how do you know these are not the people running the site. i find it funny that even low level 2004 sports game are not even shipping now.

i got an email saying that many accounts are messed up and they have no clue how to fix them the tech people are looking into it but at this time they cant figure out WHy games are not moving to Pick to recived


Lost 5 good games cause the Idoits dont know how to run a site
 
I FINALLY got my copy of everblue 2, which I waited over a month to arrive and it is scratched to hell. Forget this site. I could've gotten more value trading at EB for the games I sent out.
 
supposedly trace memory shipped today. if it come, this will be the first and probably the only game gotten from this site. i've mailed two with no intention on mailing any others.

one thing i noticed, is when i deleted some picks that had not been responded to, it didn't load up my next picks in line like it usually does. also there have been an average of 300+ games available. now there are only ~160. wonder if this is the site swirling around the bowl before it goes totally in the toilet and disappears from the internets forever

i just wrote them and told them they can take their piss ass site and jam it up there #$#$#$# asses. there are some of us who can not do trades cause of a bug in their system

They said they want to get other things done first before they can work on personal ISsues

When I signed up, it was when if you signed up you got 9 free pts, and I used my pts to get PGR3

And BTW, it was confirmed mailed on Friday, and arrived here today, Monday, with disc, cover, and manual.

I'm happy :)
 
Well I just ordered GTA III and metal gear solid 2 so we'll see if they ship. If the person who sent them is here please send the case, instruction booklet and cover please. I have OCD when it comes to my games.
 
Recieved GTA III and metal gear solid 2 for ps2 complete on friday. I have a question though. My friend started an account but it doesnt show up as available when he lists a game.

I think they are all DISC ONLY
 
Who cares if they are disc-only? Take what you can get. You can trade in disc-only games to EB/GS with no problem. Those 3 in disc-only form would get you around $50 trade credit or $40 cash at EB/GS.

our local EB takes like either 10 or 20% off for no case or book.

already tried it and i think they never had them cause i put down any combo and it never matched either
 
I still got 57 pts . I got lucky and was able to get dark all. 2 for the ps2 and sold it off for around 55 or 60 on ebay months ago.

that covered the purchase price of the 8 games i shipped out to get those pts so i really didnt lost any cash.

i had a few games that was to ship but never got

Deep rising xbox 360 and disgaea 2 (i got matched 2 weeks after it came out)

neither ever shipped
