I have some games and I need some help

I have 7 Xbox 360 games to trade-in and I was wondering if anyone could give me advice or any other useful information regarding me trading these games.

Left 4 Dead 2
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 *Hardened Edition*
Grand Theft Auto Episodes from Liberty City
X-Men Origins Wolverine
Fable 2
Street Fighter 4
Resident Evil 5

I was thinking about going to Gamestop with these since I saw they have this deal where you trade in 7 games and you get an extra $50, so I might get around $150 for everything with that deal included.

Also, if I trade these games in and want to use some of the credit to reserve a game like Bioshock 2, can I still get the 7 for $50 deal?

Fable II, SF4, RE5 will not qualify since their base trade in value is under $5. You're better off keeping them or trading to fellow CAGs.

You'll still be able to do 4 for an extra $25 though.

Seconded, you'll easily make over $150 if you were to trade those to CAGs.

Except since he just joined today, he'll have to wait 30 days.

Well in that case, he can use this time to get 1000 achievement points on all those games so he leaves them with no regrets!

I'm no shill for Amazon but I'd use their trade in system. I've traded in a ton of unwanted books, dvds, and old videogames for Amazon credit. Its helped me buy my PS3, a bunch of blu rays and ps3 games. Gamestop has had a bad reputation for a reason. They'll more than likely screw you for what you'll be getting at Amazon for $25 while they'll give you $15 for it. The shipping for Amazon is free as well with a free UPS shipping label to mail your stuff in. Plus if the item you sent in wasn't the right item for trade they send it back to you for free. I once sent in the wrong additions of a Harry Potter dvd and a PS1 game and they sent them back to me for free. The PS1 game was a little dinged up afterward but at least I got it back. The only major drawback is the waiting time. You''l have to wait at least a week till it gets to the trader facility in New Hampshire during shipping but i live in California so who knows how long it takes for other people.

I once bought Assassins Creed 2 for $38 played it, beat it thought it was Ok but kinda regretted the buy so I traded it in for $37.50 to Amazon. So basically I had a VERY long 50 cent rental . Also after I had mailed in AC2 a few days later the trading price went down but Amazon still honored my original trading price.

If you really want instant gratification I'd suggest Toys R Us' Trade -in program though I haven't experienced them or worse yet a pawn shop. Gamestop really are crooks sometimes so beware.

Amazons current trade prices:

$25 Left 4 Dead 2
$25 Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 *Hardened Edition*
$18 Grand Theft Auto Episodes from Liberty City
$4.75 X-Men Origins Wolverine
$4.75- $13.25 if its platinum edition for Fable 2
$5.25 Street Fighter 4
$5 Resident Evil 5

= about $87.75 total

That's just my experience and 2 cents.

You should probably just sell them individually, or as a lot on ebay. Probably get more for your troubles that way.

Though, I don't see a problem as you have some good games in that lot.
