I just got a 360. Now what?

I was one of the lucky bastards to get in on the Amazon Xbox 360 for $100 deal. Buy.com hooked me up with the rest of the stuff I needed. I was wondering if you guys could tell me me websites I need to know about and read that are 360 focused(not general game like Kotoku of Evil Avatar). Also good tricks for Xbox Live like is there any easy way to find out all of the free things? And how do I find out what people are playing online. Thanks.

Yeah, I got a Hard Drive and a Camera+12 months of Live. I'm waiting for Gamefly to send me some game so the only thing I have to play right now are demos (downloading Dead Rising right now) and Uno. Thanks to the sticky I found out how to do gamer tags. I also just figured out how to get a Diamond Card thing. See, I normally research everything for months before I decide on it but since I got in on this deal I feel like I am going at this blind. I didn't have an original Xbox so I know nothing about the community around it.
