I just put Halo Reach Xbox 360 on Layaway

Did I make the right decision? I'm starting to regret considering its more than the PS3 with no game. I really want 360s online but love the graphics/multimedia capabilites of the PS3 and right now I don't know. I really don't want to get both considering this generation has about 2 years left and might feel cheated. What should I do?

We don't know what the future holds. They aren't chirping like birds a la Sega in the 90's...tipping us off that if you buy this, you'll have that coming around the corner soon

Buy the console that you want...RIGHT NOW. Not what you think will be future proof. This isn't a car...it's a gaming console. And honestly, your best bet is to take it off layaway, save the money, and wait till black friday!
