If you don't mind being used, try Gamestop or one of those types of stores.

go to newegg.com and get a pro for $362. that's with shipping with marvel ultimate alliance and forza 2. I replaced my older 360 with this new one b/c it has hdmi. ordered it last wednesday and got it that friday. fast delivery and 2 games!
