I need a Gamecube Modem and information

I am looking for a good deal (that is to say "cheap as hell") on a Gamecube modem used for a dial-up connection. Also I am hoping someone could tell me if it is still possible to play Phantasy Star Online Episode I and II online, and whether or not it is still fifteen bucks for three months. Thanks!
