Umm...yes it does. I hate to break it to you but 3/3 equals 1. You might be thinking of x/x not equaling 1, which is sort of true because you don't know what x is and it might be 0. And since you can't divide by 0 you can't say 0/0 = 1. But no matter what, you are wrong.
