I need some help picking out a game

I have a friend at work who has a ps2 and the only game he plays is Naval Ops: Commander. He likes RTS games, but can't find any. He doesn't like dynasy warriors. he is looking for a command and conqure, but I can think of any games on the PS2 like that. I told him to go get a Pc and he can play all the ones he could dream of, but the is very very computer dumb. Come on anyone know any games I could reccomend?

Maybe he would like turn-based strategy games also? A lot of people seem to like those Disgaea type games.
