I Need Some Help With My Xbox 360

Well I am on my ninth Xbox 360 and it's starting to act up and I've never had any of these issues before. When I load up Rainbow Six Vegas 2 the Xbox Live Patch Screen comes up and it freezes. This only occurs for this game, as I have tried to multiple copies of it. When ever I try to play a demo it tells me that the disc is unreadable.

Any help on these issues would be appreciated.
