"Good" for 120 bucks, in comparison to everything that's available, won't be easy. Try to scrape together another 30-40 bucks or so and go for a 6600 GT. There are some rebates and stuff being offered right now if you search for 6600 GT on Pricegrabber, so you can get 20 or 30 of it back.
