I wanna play Oregon Trail (the original) for free...how?
first, take a finger, any finger....then poke one of your eyes as hard as you can....then, if you're still thinking about playing this game, ask yourself why?
Are you saying you do not enjoy Oregon Trail...?

You, sir, are dumbassgamer #9:

People have different value functions. Didn't your parents cover this?

Oregon trails is a classic. I remember in computer class I used to play it (once I was done with homework, of course ;)) and when I finally completed the games I had a crowd of people hovering over me and the teacher also. :) Classic.

I just finished playing a quick session of this game. It's not as fun as I remember, but it's still pretty entertaining. I tried to ford the first river and all my family drowned. :D

i get some error message when i try to play
on top it says 16 bit MS-DOS subsystem

C:\DOCUME~1\Smell\Desktop\OREGON~1\OREGON~1\OREGON.EXE\C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The System file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and microsoft windows applications

how do i fix this ?

being a regular, you would think that you'd know a little bit about my online personality by now...but i guess not

i used to love this game when i was really little too....but when i picked it up a few years back, i just couldnt get into it...especially with all of the other games that are out now and 1 million times better
So anyway, anyone know where I might be able to get the old Lemmings game for free?
Wow, you just brought another childhood memory to mind. I used to play that game all the time. Some of those levels were so damn impossible. Then again, I was like 6 or something. :D

I still have the CD-ROM version of Oregon Trail. :) It's for Windows 3.1, I'll have to try and see sometime if I can get it to run on XP. Classic game.

I'm pretty sure stating an opinion like that isn't considered a joke. Hey guys, was anybody amused by calling this game (which is generally considered very good) a bad game?

And sorry, I judge posts pretty much based on content, not by the poster. And you just weren't worth remembering.

WOW, completely forgot about Oregan Trail and Lemmings.

Lemmings friggin rule!!! Think I had that game for the SNES. Gave it to my step sister. ](*,) Stupid Stupid Stupid

I was. To bad your posts aren't funny, I might actually read them sometime.

Aww the memories, they're rushing back to me now. The Oregon Trail was such a fun game back in the day. To think that it was educational and fun at the same time was just amazing back then  . Great game, especially during computer class.

I thought S-Drop's post was pretty funny, but then again I kind of get his personality/humor. I didn't think that in anyway he was trying to be offensive or rude to the OP.

For its time it was pretty entertaining.

By whom?! I seem to recall my elementary school ass being bored with it. Wasn't there a math portion to it too?

Nostalgia is great but even I realize this game was made to stimulate the mind of a six year old.

Guys, guys... Dr.Quandry that game is my computer class memory, and oregon trail but good old Dr.Q is better. FIND IT
