I want to buy arcade machines.

Where would be the best place to look for these? Ebay? I really have no idea, so if anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated.

Another option is to go to NamcoArcade.com - http://www.namcoarcade.com/gamesearch.asp and look at their local used games listings in your area. You can also go to the arcade and try the game out to make sure it works ok before buying it unlike EBay (unless it's a local auction)

Depending on what you're looking for, check your local newspaper classified ads.

I'd stay away from some of the roaming arcade/pinball auctions, those tend to have dealers who end up bidding up their own machines.

eBay is good, but shipping can be killer. Most of these machines are heavy. I did get a non-working NeoGeo Candy cab for cheap off of eBay, but what made the deal great was the seller was somewhat local and helped me load it into a vehicle.

This place is very good, my friends have bought from them with no trouble at all. Especially some hard to find ones.
